This Privacy Policy explains what personal information LiftBay ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

- Payment information: entered at checkout and processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages: information you send when you contact us, such as questions, return requests and photos of a delivery.

- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site.
