Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. When your order ships, we email you the freight carrier's name and a tracking or PRO number.
Shipping cost
Standard curbside freight shipping is free on every lift we sell to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. There are no fuel surcharges or handling fees added at checkout. Optional services that the freight carrier offers, such as inside delivery, are not included; if you need them, contact us before your order ships and we will tell you whether they are available and what they cost before anything is charged.
How freight delivery works
- Lifts are heavy (often 1,000–2,900 lb) and ship on a pallet or in long crates by freight truck.
- The freight carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery appointment. Please provide a phone number you answer during the day.
- Delivery is curbside: the driver lowers the shipment to the curb or the end of your driveway. The driver does not bring the lift into your garage, unpack it or install it.
- You will need equipment or several helpers to move the lift from the curb. Plan this before the delivery date.
- The delivery address must be reachable by a large truck. Tell us before shipping if there are access limits (narrow roads, gated communities, low bridges).
- If a delivery appointment is missed or the address is wrong, the carrier may charge a redelivery or storage fee. We will contact you before any such fee is charged.
Inspect your shipment before you sign
Please inspect every crate and pallet in front of the driver before signing the delivery receipt:
- Count the pieces and check them against the delivery receipt.
- Look for broken crates, bent steel, punctures or other visible damage.
- If anything is damaged or missing, write a clear description on the delivery receipt (for example, "crate 2 broken, column bent") before you sign, and take photos.
- Report the damage or shortage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.
If the damage is noted and reported this way, we will arrange a replacement part or lift, or a refund, at no cost to you. Signing for a shipment as "received in good condition" when it is damaged can make a carrier claim much harder, so please take the time to inspect it.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier capacity and holidays can cause delays. If your order will ship later than the processing time above, we will email you with a new estimate, and you may cancel for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped.
Order changes and cancellations
You may change or cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Once a lift has shipped, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
